According to the Article 13 of the Code in matter of protection of the personal data (D.Lgs 196/03) we supply to you, as following, the policy regarding the treatment of personal data that will be carried out by amnesya.com in quality of Holder of the Treatment.
The personal data supplied by you during the registration to amnesya.com or collected subsequently during using these services will be managed bt the Holder of the Treatment for the following purposes:
1) distribution of the services demanded and management of eventual claims and/or litigations;
2) commercial communications related to products, services or initiatives of the Publisher and/or its trading partner or third parties; activity of direct and indirect sales and placement; surveys about satisfaction of the customers of the quality of the supplied services; statics and studies of the market.
The registration of your data is obligatory for the attainment of both purposes listed above; an incorrect registration could have as a result the impossibility of giving you the services requested.
The treatments listed in the previous points 1) and 2) will be treated by electronic devices or manual modalities that guarantee the conformity to the normative dispositions in matter.
You personal data will be managed by the employers that operate under the directed authority of the Holder of the Treatment.
Beyond the employers of amnesya.com some treatments of your personal data could be carry out by thirds parties, located in Italy and/or foreign countries, to which amnesya.com entrusts some activities of technical or organizational nature or management listed in the point 1) or activities indicated in the point 2). In such case the same people will be designate to like Responsibles or People in charge of the treatment.
The Responsibles or the People in charge eventually designated will receive operating instructions, with particular reference to the adoption of the right security measures to be able to guarantee the confidentiality and the security of the data.

In relation to the treatment of the personal data, you will be able directly to request the rights of the article 7 of the Code writing to: hs (at) amnesya.com. Fot technical reasons, the necessary times for the eventual cancellation of your personal data from the archives of the Publisher will take at the latest 5 working days.
Considering the dynamics nature of this Forum, it is impossible for us to verify all the messages or to confirm the validity of the posted information. We are not in a position to check constantly the content of the posteded messages and therefore we are not responsible for the messages that you will find. The messages express exclusively the point of view of the author of the same message. If an user found a message inserted in the Forum offensive, is invited to contact us via mail immediately. As soon as possible we will check the message and if necessary we will modify or remove it. Using of this service you accept not to insert some false, illicit, gross, obscene, profane, sexual, damaging the privacy of the persons or in some way in violation to the Italian laws. Accepted moreover not to insert messages containing copyright protected material.
Agreement with amnesya.com users.
1.1 The forum of amnesya.com is an instrument to collect, to exchange and discuss information between all users. We recommend you to read the terms and conditions for a good use of this forum.
1.2 Every message expresses exclusively the point of view of its author, not the point of view of the administrators of the forum. The customer will be the only responsible of the violations eventually completed through the present service.
1.3 Considering the dynamics nature and the continuous change of the forum it is however impossible to verify every message and for this we demand contribution of the customers in case of infractions of the present regulations. If you feel yourself offended by other users we kindly ask you to contact us immediately through private message, through the email hs (at) amnesya.com asking the cancellation to us of the offensive messages.
1.4 The customer agrees not to send illicit, obscene, gross, offensive messages, hate, miners or any other material that can violate the laws.
1.5 The customer agrees that the administrator and the moderators of the forum have the right to remove, modify, close every argument every time they think it is necessary.
1.6 The user decides to agree to the supplied service as is, for which amnesya.com is not assumed the some responsibility and it does not supply guarantees.
1.7 The user declares to have understood and to agree that amnesya.com could not be in some way thought responsible for eventual interruptions of the service.
1.8 Accepting this terms and conditions the user decides to join to the service and to respect the terms described in this agreement.
Behaviour
2.1 These behaviour are not allowed:
- personal insults between the customers
- offenses to the institutions or the religion of any faith.
2.1.1 To prescind from the wide faculty and right to discuss about such arguments, they must avoid funny comments to the users.
2.2 They are moreover not allowed: racism and every apology of the inferiority or superiority of one race regarding the others. - attitudes and/or positions evidently hostile to moderators and the administrators of the forum; - attitudes and/or positions evidently hostile to the other users of the forum;
2.2.1 This behaviour will involve the immediate ban from the forum, to discretion of moderators and/or the administrators of forum.
2.3 Sending email or messages not requested to promote situated web or whichever other shape of publicity is not allowed.
2.4 Moreover they are not allowed: - arguments thought not suitable to the spirit of the forum, or in a position to offend the sensibility of others users.
2.5 It will be exclusive and insindacabile task of moderators to establish when these limits exceeds consequently close the thread and, in the more serious cases, ban of the user - publishing and/or demanding serial codes of software; - publishing and/or demanding link to situated warez and containing copyrighted material; - publishing and/or demanding images, movies and links thought obscene and offensives, also sexually, offending the sensibility of the single user.
2.6 The content of the messages must satisfy and not transgress the law in the Italian State; moreover it does not have to promote using of drugs, alcool, pornography or whichever other contained shape of adult material, hatre, swindle, racism, or whichever illegal activity.
2.7 These rules are worth for messages contained inside of the forum, are for signature and avatar. In case moderators and/or administrators find that avatars and signatures does not resèpect one of these rules, will contact the user privately demanding to modify them.
2.8 You can use a personal signature that characterizes your own messages. The option to insert it, it is found in your control panel. The avatar instead is a small image is shown in permanent way under your username. The option in order to insert it finds in your control panel. 2.8.1 All photographic and multimedia material (pictures, videos and audio) published by the artist may be linked from external servers. None of the above mentioned material can be hosted on the www.amnesya.com server. As previously stated, all the material posted in this forum must be in line with the rules posted in these terms and with the rules accepted during the registration process to this forum.
Contestation
3.1 Moderator's decisions and actions can only be judged and complyed by Forum Administrators.
3.1.1 You can ask for explainations, only using private messages or via email, without discussing forum issues (bans and topic modifications) in topics.
Any post regarding complainigs will be cancelled and it's author will be immediatly banned from the forum.
The reason why we ask to expose own complain via Private messages or email is that discussing forum issues in posts is against the constructive and relaxing concept this forum is born from.
In private idea exchange between staff and user it's easer to find solutions to problems.
Closing discussions
4.1 Moderators have wright to close any post or discussion that might be not respectful of the forum guidelines. Bad situations could be solved with ban of the author of the bad topic.
4.2 For lighter violations, moderators can, whenever they think it necessary, modify any topic post.
4.3 You are not allowed to open new discussion when the subject is the closure of a topic.
Ban
5.1 Any user banned from the forum cannot subscribe again with another nickname; in this forum will not be banned nicknames but persons, for obvious reasons. Whenever moderators and forum staff will find out a banned user newly subscribed, they are allowed to ban it again without explainations.
5.2 Whenever this user will continue to register with different names, with the only purpose to disturb the community and complain or insulting members, the staff will report the issue to the envolved authority.
Privacy Policy
6.1 We remind users that any information released in a forum will become public information.
Be careful when you decide to reveal personal informations such ad address, phone numbers etc...
6.2 Submitted informations will be held and used in total respect of Law 196/03 released in Italy.
Choosing to register as user you agree the staff and the forum to display the informations given in "my control pannel" in any area of the Forum.
6.3 Any time you want you can ask the staff to cancel your registration eliminating all the gathered informations about your profile.
6.4 For exclusively statistical purposes the following information will be acquired:
- Nation
- IP address
- Data of permanence on the forum - statistical Data on the browser in use. Such information will not be however in some way intercrossed with the data filled during the registration to the forum, and therefore it will not be carried out to get action of mapping that can tie user name to determined nation or IP address.
Acceptance
7.1 Proceeding with the registration to the forum the the terms and conditions are accepted by the user in all its points. The terms and conditions comes periodically dawned, therefore better to adapt of the contents to the evfolving of the forum and, possibly, to guarantee the better use of it to users. The terms and conditions can be modifyed in order to guarantee a better operation of the same forum. The modifications are automatically accepted by registered users even if the registration is previous to the modifications; all are invited therefore to keep themselves updated on the eventual changes, visiting periodically this page.
